Kitten with sinus problems help!?

Ouch, that just looks painful. I'd be wondering if it was more of a viral problem too. As well as the obligatory visit to the vet the best thing i can suggest is to keep her as isolated as possible from the other animals and keep fastidiously clean, especially after touching her.
