My wife and I are currently getting divorced. She decided to move out of the home to stay with her friends. We have a joint mortgage but she refused to pay her share as she says she's not living here anymore. What will happen when the house is sold? Will she still get 50% of the price even though she stopped contributing? I also put much more deposit than her when the house was bought. Am I entitled to more than her because of that?
