Weather details of New York City?

The last few days have been raining. I trot my umbrella everywhere, but it is not too nippy - I wear stocking, a skirt, a blouse and a suit jacket for work and it is warm enough. But the weather is changing, it was 80F a few days back and now it is raining and is around 60F. Thus I suggest you dress in layers - bring comfy flats, jeans, and a spring jacket and you'll be fine. I would also bring a cute summer dress with a cardigan and flip flops because once the rain stops the weather will be perfect for those! Bring sungles too! It seems for the next 10 days weather will be in the upper 60's. With some cloudish and some rainy days.
