Exporting gun out of California?

Hi I'm a dual citizen and have bought a handgun .45 in California which i would like to take with me when i move back to Serbia , I've been looking online but can't see to find much info about handguns only rifles, any help would be appreciated and possible dealers info around Fresno area which may be able to do it .
