Can spitting up mean also that he has colics? or what do you think he is 3 wks old.?

he has been spitting up frequently today im not sure if it was acid reflux or a colic..what can help?if warming up a bottle works ? since i leave the house frequently i cant warm up the bottles ( i know i could buy a bottle warmer) but i dont work and i dont expect much help by my parents..but its the way at home,,,,,gosh please help!
