For 6 months or so we've been having , whenever she is about to is causes her incredible pain, help?

alrighty, so we re been together for like 1 year now, and for about 6 months we have been having . shes ver sensitive to what positions we use because many arent comfortable and so shes picky. but the longer we have been having naturally it has been getting better and we are learning one another. but now its gotten to the point where i can make her , usually small ones, but whenever they are really really good (you can kinda tell) right as they are about to happen she gets incredible pain in her body. she sai that it "feels like pain is shooting all though me" and so naturally i am concerned. whenever this happens she has to stop, she cant continue into the , and so i feel like im really letting her down or doing something wrong. she said it is painful everywhere except in her legs. i am totally baffled, and i really dnt know where to turn. she doesnt have a gynacologist, and she refuses to get one. she claims that since her mother doesnt that she doesnt need one either. if there is anything you can tell me to help her i would really really appreciate your time and effort. :) thanks much
