How are we supposed to get healthcare for 30-45 million "government insured" individuals?

when 45% of our doctors have said they will retire early or quit if the government takes over and dictates what they get paid, regardless of their schooling credentials or abilities? 65% or more are against a government takeover...how is this going to help all the insured people let alone the uninsured when there will be a doctor shortage crisis?
