What age will the scouting start?

I play 14u Majors Travel ball in Georgia. I am 5 foot 9, 150 lbs. I have hit 5 homeruns this year on High School fields(380 ft), I throw 76 mph off the mound. I am also a ss. What age will the scouting start?
