Does my guy friend like me?

I have a close guy friend, we've been friends for about a year and a half (last year he sat near me in History and kept asking for sheets of paper when we had to take notes, that's how I got to know him). I think he might like me as more than a friend but I can't tell. I'm not the only he's friends with, and sometimes I can't tell if what he does is something one of my friends would do or if it means he likes me. He's in two cles with me this year, and after cl we always walk together until we have to go different directions. He tugs on my hair sometimes (although some of my friends do that too...) and sometimes he pokes me, randomly. He always wants to be my partner for school projects, and when one of his friends who was aiming for him ally hit me with a snowball, he was like, “Hey, you’re an a**” to his friend (he swears a lot so it’s not unusual) and then brushed some snow off of my shoulder. What really got me wondering was when we were at Friendly’s with some other friends waiting to get rides home, and he was trying out the claw machine. He was going for a stuffed turtle, and one of our friends (Sarah) asked him if she could have it if he got it. I had an ACL operation back in 2006. I went through physical therapy and all that. My knee is a little stiff at times but other than that it is 110%. I also had asthma when I was between the ages of about 5 and eight. Im trying to enlist in the Navy. I've already taken the ASVAB. All im waiting on now is for MEPS to review my Medical records and clear them for me to be able to get a physical.My recruiter sent in the records once but it had been over thirty days. And the people at meps said the records had been misplaced. We sent the records back again on Monday and today is Wed. There is a good bit of doentation on my knee but nothing really serious. Why is the process taking so long? Will I still be able to join? WIll they deny me because of my knee surgery? Any former recruiters or MEPS personnel answer. Feel free.

Question about nape piercings.?

I know you've probably heard it, but for nape piercings, be prepared for a LOT of maintenance that may not pay off. My friend had hers done and she was really good at keeping it clean (she had long hair and had no problems in that area), but eventually her body just rejected it (this happens a LOT with surface piercings) and she had to take it out. good luck though!

I reembled my Mossberg 500 410ga. and i have leftover pieces.?

I recently received a Mossberg 500 410ga. from a friend. When i got this shotgun it was in need of a thourough cleaning so like i have done countless times with my other firearms i set it on my table and got my cleaning kit, and tools out. It was not completely foreign to me this being my first mossberg shotgun but it definitely wasn't as simple as my Rem. 870. After removing the barrel, forearm, firing pin, lift, and other parts i noticed a couple pieces that had fallen out after i removed a screw. I had never seen pieces like these but i didn't worry about them very much. After i had cleaned each part of the gun i began to reemble it, I didn't realize until the gun was reembled that the two pieces which fell out were still on the table. I have no idea what these are for but i do know where they go. They came from inside the shell ejection port and were held in by a screw. what i don't know however is how they are supposed to fit in there. One is smaller than the other and i don't know which one goes on top and which goes on the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

No loan lock until after appraisal?

I met with a mortgage broker who told me that his company doesn't allow him to lock loan rates until after the property appraisal. He also couldn't say with any certainty when the appraisal would occur. Is this normal?? With rates as low as they are I'm very concerned that waiting until after the appraisal to lock my rate will cause me to miss out on getting these incredibly low rates. I mean, no one can say for sure what the rates will be in 2 weeks, and if it's 2 weeks before the appraisal is done I'm just out of luck? Speeding Ticket/ Possession of Another liscense?

I am a 19 year old full time student. I just recently got pulled over for speeding 47 mph on a 30mph road. It was my first time speeding & he took a point off. At the same time when I was bringing out my drivers license, my sisters I.D. was at the opening. Usually my sister and I hang out a lot and it so happened that she left it in my wallet. As I was reaching in to give him my I.D. he saw that I had my sisters as well. He immediately took that from me & asked me why I had my sisters I.D. I told him that we usually switch purses and she must have left it there. He called my sister after and she said that we hung out the other day and she left it there. The cop immediately said that we both were lying and that we had two totally different stories. I have never used the I.D. in my entire life and he accused that I was using the I.D. to buy alcohol. Do also keep in mind that my sister and I work at the same place & she was working the same day as I. I was very nervous and scared when he pulled me over & I could have told him that I was bringing my sisters I.D. My sister is very forgetful and looses things and it so happened that the I.D. My 9yr old stepson has aspergers syndrome and academically he seems to be getting worse?

He is nine and can't read or spell hardly anything. I just married my husband this year so I really dont know how much work he has done with him in the past, but he can read at a five year olds level and can hardly spell and his handwritting lookes like a toddlers. you need to call around to different airlines and ask what their requirements are for shipping a dog and whether or not they take them out for walks when they stop the plane. every airline has different things. we've shipped a couple dogs from my job and it's not very easy, i live in the U.S. PetEdge.com has good prices. when we ship, we put water in a plastic container that hooks onto the crate door and freeze it until you take him to the airport.

Problem with computer disc?

i have this problem. i cannot access my local disc C: and D: by double clicking after a virus scan. everytime i do so, it asks me to choose a program to open in the "open with" dialog box. however, if i browse using the window and choose the windows explorer to "open with" the disc, it worked just like normal. this happened after i made a virus scan. what i think happened is that the antivirus deleted the autorun.inf along with the virus.can i still open the disc with double click or do i need to manually select the windows explorer everytime i open local discs

Scared to Quit Job?

I am working 80+ hours at my current job as an event coordinator. I enjoy event coordination, but not the hours I am working. I applied at a different event coordination position, and received it. Now I have to tell my current job that I want to quit. I have spoken to my boss a couple of times about getting someone else, and they are going to hire a person to help me and my collegue for only 20 hours a week. I think we need to hire another person, full time or more, and that is what has driven me to look else where. My new position is 40 hours a week and pays the same. Israel had FN make them Highpowers but the slides were beefed up to withstand a lot of practice with the hotter mil-spec 9mm. Stick with 9mm rounds that give you 1000-1150fps at muzzle in your Highpower. Mil-spec 9mm is hot enough to cycle a sub-machine gun or 9mm AR-15. I ordered some IMI .38 from J&G Sales and the shells were lousy (white oxide was on the lead), Nothing is wrong with Wolf ammo as loing as you use it in an Eastern European rifle/pistol. It's big enough for him to get out and stretch his legs but don't count on it being good for grazing. 1/3 an acre just isn't enough land to graze on even for just one horse and if there is gr in there now it will be gone quickly. You are better off feeding hay on the ground (in a clean, dry area free of manure) instead of from a hay net. Horses can get a leg caught in them which can result in serious injuries. If you do have to feed off the ground a hay bag is much safer.

For 6 months or so we've been having , whenever she is about to is causes her incredible pain, help?

Pretty much every 4-year college and university offers the premed cles (it doesn't matter if they don't have a specific program for it) and you've got a high GPA, which is part of the med school requirements. You'd be applying to those schools as a transfer student, and it's far, far harder to get in as a transfer (admission rate about 1%) than freshman (closer to 10%). You'd still be a undergrad since you'd be doing a bachelors, not a masters or PhD.

What does my irregular heart beat and headaches mean PLEASE help?

Im going to try to give as much information as I can and not leave anything out because I am pretty worried. I'm 19 Early this summer I got really sick with strep throat and went to the emergency room for an irregular heart beat, it went from 98 to 151 in seconds. After a shot it stayed between 120-134. Nothing less sometimes a few beats more. They called it tachycardia and didnt look into it any further. Every since then at random times I have irregular heart beats, mostly when I am sick. For the last 3 days it has been constant! I cant sleep because I hear it pounding really hard in my chest and I can hear it in my head. My heart feels like it flutters, sometimes even feeling it pulls against the muscles in my stomach. The headaches are bad, they are at the very tip of my head (where a hat goes), not the side, not the front, not the back, a little on my neck from time to time though. It feels like I have been sitting upside down for hours it lessens and worsens. Mostly at night I break out in cold sweats. When I cough it hurts and outlines the pain worse on the tip of my head. I dont smoke, i dont do drugs, i dont drink, im not depressed/stressed, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, its not a sinus headache, and im pretty sure its not a migrane. This is different, my dad blows it off and says its your sinuses! your congested! and gives me a BC powder. (BC powder fixes everything with him) I do have mild asthma but it is not bad, ive never had an attack and it never bothers me unless i inhale steam or cig. smoke. I can breathe fine through my nose, I can not take a deep breath because it hurts, every so often I do cough up a little flem. If it makes a difference it only really hurts on my left side, like under my lungs, ribs, kindney area. Everyone thinks im just "sick" I believe its more. Any advice on what may cause headaches and irregular heart beat that hurts from time to time is appreciated. Sorry it was so long but I wanted to give enough detail.

I was driving in the highway and there was no cars. I put my left signal on and at the speed of 60 miles per hour i was gradually changing lanes. As i look to the rear view mirror, there was a black speedy car from afar. I was still in the process of changing lanes and the black car zooms so close to me. He tries to hit the side of the car and speeds right in front of me. He suddenly stopped the car and i had no time to press the brakes so i turn right and stopped. As i was trying to take the license plate, he rushed through speeding. He could have killed us and not to mention we have a baby in the car. Thank God i turned right or i would have crashed him and thank God the person to my right was so generous to stop because if i hit her, it would have been my fault and if i hit the back of the crazy persons car it would have been my fault. How can one prove that the crazy guy suddenly stopped in front of me in order from me to crash it. I was unable to stop my brakes completely. Is it really worth getting a new PC not console?

I'm having the same dilemma. I used to be a PC gamer, but my PC is getting too old, so I decided to get an Xbox, for both the exclusive games, and it's friendlier price. What can i do to help my 4 year old lefty?

We had an idea that he may be left handed, but were not sure until this year when he started pre-k because he would use both of his hands for things. Since he began writing, he only uses his left hand. He is the only lefty in the cl and all of the school supplies the school provides are for right handed children. what kinds of things are available to help make things easier for left handed children? He is in Occupational therapy for fine motor skills, but i am beginning to think his motor skills are fine, he is just having a hard time using tools that are meant for right handed people.

What do you think of people impersonating military service men and women just to get recognition?

I read on the Internet where someone dressed up as a decorated War Vet at his high school reunion to try to impress people. He got caught when an actual military person noticed his wording and calls of duty seemed to be misguided and were completely full of errors on his web page, so he reported it and the guy got busted. Why would someone want to take credit for something like this? Personally, I think he should be flogged and have to make a public apology because these actions demean the true sacrifices our military men and women have had to make. I hope he didn't falsely receive any military discounts or benefits either, as that would also be a shame.

Why did I freeze when I was groped on the subway?

This summer I stayed in a big city while staying with my older sister for the summer. I was waitressing at a restaurant for the summer and had to wear a short skirt uniform for the job. I was riding on the subway at the rush hour to go to work for the evening and the train was totally packed. I got pushed up against people in front of me and people were crushed behind me. A few minutes after the train left the station for the longest part of the ride I felt something brush up against my under my skirt. At first you think its just accidental but then I felt it happen again and it definitely was a hand and instead of brushing lightly it was now like caressing my ! I tried to move away but it seemed that all I did was make it worse. I sort of just choked a gasp and it felt like I couldn't really speak. This made the guy, not sure at that point which of about 3 of them it was, even more bold I guess because he started to work his fingers down to my private area while the train went down this stretch for like almost 15 minutes. I don't understand why I felt too embarred to say anything during this whole thing. Why does this happen? I felt pretty foolish after it all.

Why do people who have advanced stage cancer want to fight so very hard to stay alive?

What I am talking about here is advanced stage cancer. You always hear people say, "I am going to fight! I am brave! I am going to go down fighting!" Listen, don't take what I am saying the wrong way. What I am saying is not insensitive. But why don't people just give in to death? Death is natural. Everyone does it. There is no shame in death. Maybe what is waiting for us on the other side is beautiful. When a person is fighting cancer, there is a lot of physical and mental pain. When you decide not to do chemo or radiation therapy, you can enjoy the time you have left on this earth. Of course, there will always be pain along with the cancer, but it won't nearly be as bad as the pain experienced with all of the chemotherapy. And there is definitely no guarantee that chemo and radiation will extend your life. So why not just accept cancer and refuse the treatments and go out of this world naturally? Why not take the leap and go to the other side? The cancer is nature's way of telling a person it is time to go. Why fight nature?

How do I make a pair of aviators stick on my face when walking?

These are 58mm Ray-Ban and everytime I walk, they slip and fall out of place...so my aviators are sliding downward on my nose.
